How to create current dependent Temperature sensor in MATLAB?

I want to design a kind of fuse circuit (consisting of capacitance and thermal resistance) wherein the circuit gets tripped after a certain value of current and would like to measure the temperature along all the current values.
I tried an idea but not getting a proper shape of waveform as compared to a standard fuse.

This can be done using either existing parts (there is a thermally depedent resistor, variable capacitor, fuses, and ideal switches) that can all be used to do this. Alternatively, you can derive it from the ground up using equations: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simscape/lang/what-is-the-simscape-language.html;jsessionid=f2c6bbcdd15268ab4d9473713deb
Also, there is free training here: https://www.mathworks.com/learn/tutorials/circuit-simulation-onramp.html
