How to get the input excel file running with BEAR toolbox?

Hello!
I am new to Matlab and I have a simple question with respect to the BEAR toolbox by the ECB. I use Windows.
BEAR runs for me with the default data file with a Bayesian panel VAR with dynamic structure factor. But if I try to insert my own data in the exact same excel file in accordance with the instructions in the BEAR User Guide, it gives me an error message. I just added three excel sheets in the input excel file in the default folder of BEAR, so all I cahnged compared to the default case is that I added the three sheets.
I made sure that they are in exactly the same format as the default data sheets and that there are no missing values or errors.
I adjusted all specifications in MATLAB for the Bayesian panel VAR with dynamic structure factor to the new data e.g., new dates, endogeneous variables, etc.
I still get the following error message which seems to refer to the data format:
Index in position 1 is invalid. Array indices must be positive integers or logical values.
Error in bear.gensamplepan (line 392)
temp=[temp data(Fstartlocation-lags:Fstartlocation-1,endolocation(jj,1),ii)];
Error in BEARmain (line 387)
=bear.gensamplepan(startdate,enddate,Units,opts.panel,Fstartdate,Fenddate,Fendsmpl,endo,exo,frequency,lags,F,CF,pref,opts.ar,0,0, n);
I did not provide the code because I am using the BEAR app interface. If it could help to include the code, I can also look for it.
Thank you for any help you can provide!

When running the dynamic structure with default data set, did you change anything in the applications?

Kindly refer this documentation on "gensamplepan" attached below to get more idea on why this error occured:-
