Start with converting the high order equation to a system of equations of order 1. If you do not find the required conversion in the script, ask WikiPedia.

Afterwards decide if have to implement a Runge Kutta method by your own or if you can use the solvers of Matlab. Then try it, post your code and ask specific questions.
