I have a query with regards to matlab app designer

I need to create a MATLAB app where, upon clicking a button in the initial procedure window, it will navigate to a second window where I can input data. How can I create the second window in MATLAB?

Make a second GUI where you collect your input. Have it return the values separately, or all together as fields of a structure. Then call that app and accept the returned values. So in app1, call app2:

values = app2(anyInputs, that, you, want, to, send, it);
