Convert 3d cell array into a 3d Matrix

Dear Community:
Sorry I am aking again, but I have another question.
I want to convert a cell array in to a matrix in order to use the "max" function.
It is a 13x13x7 array it looks like that:
I would like to convert it in a "regular" 3d-array which only includes numbers, how can i do that?
