Constant current constant voltage charging algorithm block convert is unknow

Pls find the attachment. The highligted block is unclear. Let me know what is this block called and how to use it in this algorithm.

Hi Bharat,

I believe that you are referring to "Battery CC-CV" block from Simscape Battery.

The block highlighted is "Data Type Conversion Inherited." The Data Type Conversion Inherited block converts one input to the data type and scaling of the other input. The first input is used as the reference signal. The second input, u, is converted to the reference type by inheriting the data type and scaling information.

The Battery CC-CV block is open model and any user can look under the mask and see how it is implemented and which blocks are used. To look under the mask, you can select the Battery CC-CV block in Simulink canvas and press "Ctrl+U." Alternatively, you can click "Look Under Mask" under the "Block" tab once the block is selected.
