How to apply Poisson in matrix image

Dear all,
I just fount in youtube, that he apply the Poisson in image matrix. But he apply using phyton script as picture below.
The image is test_tot_w1.h00 as attached. (same as he image
The him script as below:

Note:The image is test_tot_w1.h00 as attached.
Then after he aplly the Poisson on the image, new image coming as picture below:

Anyone can help me how to write the command using matlab, for poisson application on my image

poissrnd (Note - part of the Stats and ML Toolbox) could work similar to torch.poisson()

I have no familiarity with PyTorch or how torch.poisson() behaves exactly. That said, what you're looking for should be covered by imnoise().
outpict = imnoise(inpict,'poisson');
Make sure to check the documentation for a description of how the input class affects the behavior.
