In Serial Link Designer, when attempting to "run assignment" in Post-layout I get an assert error, invalid sequence that references a connector I designated as not populated.

This is the error I'm seeing
Fatal Error Finding Trace Crossings (1st popup)
SiAEngineAssert: **Assert Error** Data boards/b_7PC_000_0413_8/native/parts.csv invalid part sequence in CONN_HDR_2X2_VT_0.1"_IPL1-MINIMATE,29,,, 28 (Error popup)
I do not need to simulate the signals connected to this connector. I marked it as "not populated" in setup board > parts.
When I attempt to modify the board setup I get this warning. "1 component in components.csv file with part numbers not found in parts.csv file."
I've looked at both files and while I see the part in the files, I see nothing irregular related to it.
Perhaps there is some punctuation in the name of the part that is not parsing correctly?

Hello David,
I understand that you are encountering an issue with ‘Serial Link designer,’ while performing signal integrity analysis.
The error messages you are receiving suggest there are inconsistencies or issues with the data in the ‘parts’ and ‘components’ CSV files.
By examining the ‘parts.csv’ and ‘components.csv’ files, I found that there is a mismatch for the entry ‘CONN_HDR_2X2_VT_0.1"_IPL1-MINIMATE’.
In the 'components.csv' file, the entry reads 'CONN_HDR_2x2_VT_0.1"_IPL1-MiniMate'.
Try running the assignment again by correcting it.
Additionally, I recommend verifying that the pin numbering or ordering in both CSV files are accurate.
To know more about ‘Serial link designer,’ you can refer to the following MATLAB documentation.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
