Relation between viscosity and temperature

I have an equation for the relation between viscosity and temperature of a fluid, and I need to find the values of a0, a1 and a2 for the following equation:

Could someone tell me how this can be done? I tried using the solve(eqn,vars) method, but that did not work.

How does the value for rho enter into the solution? Or should it just be ignored? And when would you use lsqcurvefit instead of fitnlm?
