error using ncorr matlab

I want to use corr in matlab R2019a student version. When I type ncorr to open it, I get an error: "requires the image processing and statics toolbox". I went to install the matlab "image processing toolbox" app but I get an error and it won't let me install it

What error do you get when you try to install it?

Does your license include the Image Processing Tooobox?

I don't know how to check if I have a toolbox. The error I get is: An error has occurred, please try again late
