Is there a way I can use geoplot() offline and without the mapping toolbox?

Hi everyone, thanks for taking time to read.
I need help with geoplot. When I try to run the function on a computer with no internet, it fails to generate the map. Is there a way I can use geoplot() offline? I do not have access to the Mapping Toolbox. I was wondering if there is a way to import the world map data instead of relying on the internet to perform the same function as geoplot. (the computer with no internet can receive files if map data needs to be sent over). Thanks so much in advance.

User's example code was
I_Lat_deg = 3;
I_Long_deg = 125;
S_Lat_deg = 23;
S_Long_deg = 133;
L_Lat_deg = 25;
L_Long_deg = 125;
figure(1)
gph = geoplot(I_Lat_deg, I_Long_deg, 'ko', S_Lat_deg, S_Long_deg, 'bo', ...
L_Lat_deg, L_Long_deg, 'ro', 'LineWidth', 1);
grid on
hold on

geoplot is not in the Mapping Toolbox. You can use it without having the Mapping Toolbox installed.
As for using basemaps in offline environments, see these pages:

Ah, ok. geoplot is not in the Mapping Toolbox, but the linked pages are. Can you use geobasemap to get the result you want?
load usapolygon.mat
geoplot(uslat,uslon)
geobasemap darkwater
MATLAB® includes one installed basemap, a two-tone map named 'darkwater'. Use of this basemap does not require internet access. Use of the other basemaps, including the default basemap 'streets-light', does require internet access. (ref)
You can download other basemaps that should be available without having the Mapping Toolbox (see here)
