Hi
I have started to install the 30-days trail on linux machin, but the installation was stopped due to low memory.
after deleting files to get memory space, i installed it again (on the same machin) successfully.
when i tried to activate matlab by typing "matlab" in the terminal, i got:
MATLAB is selecting SOFTWARE OPENGL rendering.
License checkout failed.
License Manager Error -9
Your username does not match the username in the license file.
To run on this computer, you must run the Activation client to reactivate your license.
please your help.

Click on the error -9 tag on the right side of this page, or else click on some of the other links you see there. Or else call tech support and ask for installation.

As stated in the attached reference, License Manager Error -9 in MATLAB is typically due to a mismatch in the username or Host ID specified in the license file compared to the system's actual username or Host ID. This error can occur if MATLAB was activated by an administrator under a different username, or if the machine's Host ID has changed.
Kindly refer to above provided link for further details that can help resolving the error.
