Best way to avoid PortProperties changes in Simulink models when committing in git?

Hi!
Looking for advice here!
A lot of the times, the comparison tool throws confusing changes that are hard to understand for me what caused these changes, especially related to PortProperties. Also, the inbuilt tool does not provide any visualization as opposed to the obvious changes when a port number is changed, or new block is added etc. An example screenshot is attached here.
After much effort I could not find what this means, or what I did to induce this change between the two models?
Any insights into what this and other similar confusing change notifications with regards to PropagatedSignals mean, are much appreciated. At the same time, any suggestions into way of working with git projects with Simulink models to avoid such confusing changes, are also welcome.

Hi Thompson.
I tried hide "nonfunctional" , but it's not work sadly. Filtering "Port" was successed, just put "Port" into "select".
Still not able to filter the "PortProperties"... :(

I also have same issue. After updating models to 2023a those seem to change if doing Update Model from simulink. If only building model, this does not seem to happen.
