Deembed S- parameters

I need to de-embed a probe's single S-parameter to get back the original signal without the distortions added by the probe.
I do not have three s-parameter files relating to the DUT and 2 Fixtures as shown in the example below.
I do not have 3 S-parameter files to use the below example.
S_DUT = deembedsparams(S_measuredBJT,S_leftpad,S_rightpad);
Can someone please let me know how to go about deembedding a Fixture's(probe in my case) single S-parameter file.

Hi Patrick, I could not find a tool in Matlab to Deembed S parameter output.However a code was written to get back the input if an output waveform of S parameter is known.Please look into the below question under my name: Determining the input from the output using IFFT. It worked for me.Hope it helps you as well.
