Hi Amir,
I understand that you are facing difficulty in accessing Simulink Onramp training and it’s showing a blank page with nothing visible. It could be due to several potential causes. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
  • Check if firewall or proxy settings are blocking MATLAB's access to the internet.
  • Simulink Onramp uses system's default web browser or an embedded browser within MATLAB to display content. If there's an issue with the browser compatibility, it could result in a blank page.
  • Clearing the cache of your system’s default web browser can resolve loading issues. Try changing system's default web browser and reopening the Onramp course.
  • Ensure that license is current and includes Simulink. Check the license status from within MATLAB by going to Home > Help > Licensing > Update Current Licenses.
If issue persists, it might be specific to your installation or environment. In that case, please contact MathWorks Support- https://in.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html?s_tid=hp_ff_s_support
Hope it helps!
Best Regards,
Simar

Samir, thanks for feedback. I have done all the actions above but nothing helps. I have aseked Support to solve the problem but they keep sending my quesitons about the issue, everyday, without any progress. So I cannot still use the Onramp learinings and that is frustrating.

I faced the same issue, but after checking on this thread on a browser and swtiching back to MATLAB, the blank page was immediately fixed. It works now, i don't know why.
