There is always a module in the integrated model with a coverage of 0 during the testing process

When using Test Harness for testing, the coverage of each reference model can reach 100%, but there is always a module in the integrated model with a coverage of 0.
I'm not sure if my description is accurate, the specific phenomenon is shown in the picture.
