Fatal Error on Startup while trying to run the program

I have installed the MATLAB, for almost 3 years, and I'm working with it every day. Today, when I tried to launch the MATLAB R2021a, I encountered the following error:
Fatal Error on Startup
std:exeption:: input stream error
What should I do to resolve this issue? I am really in need of help

This error might occur if MATLAB becomes corrupted. It is also possible that security software is interfering with MATLAB. To resolve this issue, try disabling any security software or adding exceptions for the MATLAB application, and then perform a clean installation of MATLAB.
