Installer "I have a File Installation Key" Advanced option not working.

23 views (last 30 days)
I have attempterd to install R2024a and R2023b on a RHEL 9 box. Our License manager has provided me a license.dat file. When I select "I have a File Installation Key" the installer just sits at the "Email" prompt. When I input my MathWorks credentials it shows me a repository of our licenses instead of providing the opportunity to input the key. We have a license manager on our network. How do I get this to install properly?

Try disconnecting from the internet. Maybe login is required for all licenses. Contact support if you don't resolve it.

Thank you for the suggestions. After removing the default gateway the installer proceeded in an offline mode.
I did call Support though. The MatLab installer window has an issue with Gnome. The installer window appears to be active, but not until I Alt-Tab'd between windows would it really be active at times. So even though I would select the install key box, it would not show a bliking cursor and allow the key to input. Similarly with the Advanced Option menu.
