Plot a surface for a 3D matrix 2x361x360

Good morning, I have a problem with a matrix plot. Basically I get through calculations a 3D matrix and I need to plot it to make a powerpoint about the results I am getting. I have tried both surf and plot, but both commands are ineffective.

Yes exactly, the problem is that the 3D matrix that I rename as B ( and with B I mean the magnetic flux through a stator core in a electric motor) doesn’t work with the command “surf”. B has a value of 2X360X361 because I evaluate the magnetic flux for 360 different instat of time, in 361 different position of the rotor. In the end I want to plot this result in a graph

Wth B I mean the magnetic flux through a stator core in a electric motor. B has a value of 2X360X361 because I evaluate the magnetic flux for 360 different instat of time, in 361 different position of the rotor. In the end I want to plot this result in a graph
