How to set up a solar water heating system?

I did not find solar heating in the case of simscape, it was only photovoltaic power generation.

If there is no pre-existing model available for the thermal dynamics of a solar heating system, it is possible to manually derive the governing differential equations.

But solar energy varies according to the weather in the region, can this also be done in simscape or with m files

There are journal papers detailing how to model the Solar Irradiance. They are mathematical equations though.
