Hi, I've made some modifications to a contour matrix outputted by contourc and want to create a contour from this matrix. Does anyone know how I can do this?

umm...I'm guessing
contour(modifiedContourMatrix)

From help contour
[C,H] = CONTOUR(...) returns contour matrix C as described in CONTOURC and a handle H to a contourgroup object. This handle can be used as input to CLABEL.
From help contourc
C = CONTOURC(Z) computes the contour matrix for a contour plot of matrix Z treating the values in Z as heights above a plane. C = CONTOURC(X,Y,Z), where X and Y are vectors, specifies the X- and Y-axes limits for Z.
Example:
[c,h] = contour(peaks); clabel(c,h), colorbar
So if you modifed the contour matrix c, then you might be able to use it as clabel(c_modified,h), assuming the contour matrix is not messed up.

Doesn't work. clabel only puts label on the contour plot.
