- The directory from where you are trying to run installation is different from the directory where you have downloaded the files via installer.
- There are some files missing which are causing this error.

It looks like I've missed some files, but I have redownloaded from mathworks for 3 times. The output.log and activate file are attached, would anyone please point out what mistake I've made here?

Hi,
As per my understanding, you are receiving this error due to one of the two reasons -
To resolve the error, you can first migrate to the directory that contains the downloaded files and run the installation. If the issue still persists, then please contact MATLAB license administrator.
