In the MATLAB 2017a version, the Add-On Explorer is not available. However, you can manually install the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox by following these steps:
- Visit the MATLAB File Exchange and download the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox files.
- Once downloaded, extract the contents of the ZIP file to a directory on your computer.
