Putting the properties of refrigerant.

I am using R2020a version. In that I want to simulate a model using a specific refrigerant (R1234yf) but in two phase fluid properties (2P) the default is set to water. How to go ahead?

To use specific refrigerants such as R1234yf, the "Two-Phase Fluid Predefined Properties (2P)" block can be utilised but it is only available from MATLAB R2020b. Here's the documentation link for the same:
In R2020a, the properties of the fluid would have to be set manually. This documentation page might help:
