hello @Julien
It seems that the Petri Net Toolbox for MATLAB, including its full version, is not readily available for download from the official site you mentioned (pntool.ac.tuiasi.ro) or other common repositories. The full version may no longer be publicly accessible, or its distribution could be restricted. However, a demo version that omits some features, like save and open options, is available for MATLAB versions from R2015a to R2018b.
For alternatives, you could consider similar tools on platforms like SourceForge, which offers various Petri net editors and simulators, such as Petri-LLD and Wolfgang. These tools provide graphical environments for Petri net design and simulation, which might meet some of your requirements if you're unable to locate the full Petri Net Toolbox for MATLAB.
If the full version of the MATLAB toolbox is essential for your project, you might try contacting the developers directly through their academic site or consider reaching out to MATLAB communities or forums where other users may have access or suggestions for obtaining it.
I hope this will help you
