How can I successfully perform a proxy connection test?

How can I make the proxy connection test succeed?

I have tried the following six things so far

• Verified that the proxy host, port, username, and password entered on the app are correct.
• I entered the user name and password of the license administrator on the app and confirmed that it says “failed”.
• Verified that entering the command window >> urlread https://jp.mathworks.com/ on the app yields the correct result.
• Verified that https://jp.mathworks.com/ can be accessed in Edge.
• Confirmed that access to the add-on explorer and checking for updates is possible.
• I confirmed that “This application could not connect to MathWorks” is displayed in the license renewal.

But the connection remains unsuccessful.

Please let me know what I should check or try for success.

The error screen displays the ID and password required for the proxy connection, so you cannot post.

Instead, I am attaching a MathWorks page link regarding the Web Basic Setup feature I used.

Verify that the configuration works properly.
