part 3 example was wrong

NumNodes, Dimensions, Locations didn't show up on my screen. Only TOP and Bottom appear as shown in the picture above.

Answers is not official MATLAB support. So telling us a problem exists does nothing.

NumNodes, Dimensions, and Locations are part of the sturcture of "Top" and "Bottom." On the Command window, if you type
display(module.ThermalNodes.Bottom)
you will see NumNodes, Dimensions, and Locations. Here is how things look like in a similar example of mine.
>> myModule.ThermalNodes.Bottom
ans =
struct with fields:
Locations: [3×2 double]
Dimensions: [3×2 double]
NumNodes: 3
