I am doing my Ms thesis work, and it is related delay risk assessment, assessing factors with seviriyt and occuranace... Finally I have to come up the factors rank through fuzzy logic. I read lots of papers and watched vedios but still I have challenges. I finished the data collection but the analysis yet. If I can get direct help I will appreciate so much.
I asked experts their opinion on ranking five scale. with each one had optimistic, most likely and pessimistic, sevirity and the occurance

It appears that you are attempting to design a Fuzzy Likert Scale. However, I am unsure of how you intend to use the collected expert opinion data. It is important to note that differing expert opinions can sometimes be contradictory. You may want to design a mediative fuzzy logic system to handle this contradictory knowledge.
Fuzzy logic reasoning, a mathematical interpretation (not exact representation) of human reasoning, can also fall victim to the Bandwagon fallacy and the Appeal to Authority fallacy. Therefore, you need to exercise caution in your design, as the MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox will not address these issues.
