I am trying to simulate a three-phase Interleaved Buck converter. I want the output to be Vout = 300V and Iout = 170A, but I don't know how to stabilize the output current. Can you help me? I have attached my MATLAB Simulink file below.

The output current looks stable. If you want to control the output current to a specific value, then a control algorithm should be added. A good starting point is this example: https://www.mathworks.com/help/sps/ug/two-phase-dcdc-current-control.html
