Cannot install STM32 Support Package stmicroele​ctronicsst​m32f4disco​very

I have been trying to install the support package for STM32 but every time I try I get this error message:

I have tried differrent solutions given by the Technical Support but I still am not able to intall it.

The version of MATLAB I am using is: R2017a, and I am trying to use it with the waijung's library version waijung17_03a.

The error suggests there’s a connection issue preventing the support package from downloading or installing.
