I also asked the other user to try an incognito window and they end up with the same issue, where the site thinks they are logged out and can't log in.
MATLAB Web App server error: Code login failure for some users

I have a new on-prem MATLAB Web App server running R2025a, with an Azure AD app registration. Works great for myself but not the other test user, on both Chrome and Edge. The web server logs are showing a strange error message when they go to the home page.
{"level":"WARN","time":"2025-11-12T11:26:09.864-0600","caller":"authnzoidc/authnzoidc.go:302","message":"Code login failure, msg state is invalid","msgState":"<nil>","error":"RetrieveRelayStateAndParse was passed an illegal string "}
Doing a web search for the message found only 1 help page with information on verifying the OIDC issuer address, which I did verify is correct on our server. Hoping for any assistance troubleshooting why it's not working for all users.
