A problem with Neural Network toolbox.

Hi there,
Using nntool, I tried to train a network with PERCEPTRON as network type (dataset: salman_canadian_alaskan_2009). The error plot is very strange (attached) and also after training, when I export the results to workspace to plot the decision boundary between two classes, decision boundary is not there; I used PV(Inputs,Targets). I just want to use perceptron (not other network types) to distinguish these two classes. Can you please help me solve this problem?
