How to Implement Color Correlogram

Hi Please Help me...
I am doing the Project in CBIR and I am using the color Correlogram technique to extract the color features of the image but i dont know how to write code for that... If any body know the algorithm or having the code for Color Correlogram Please Help Me.... I need it for my Project...
