Separating data from two columns into multiple columns in two sheets following the increasing trend

Dear, I have a dataset in two columns; one indicates depth and another indicates the value of a parameter at that depth. Now the first column data (the depth) increases up to a certain depth indicating the parameter (second column value) from that depth. Now I want to separate them into two sheets; one all the depths but in multiple columns. Each column will only have the data from a particular point (but multiple depths). For example, in the picture below, the left side column shows the data collected from 4 points (A through B). At each point, I have data at multiple depths (left side column 2, different no of points) and the measurement (left side column 3). Now I want to separate the table into two tables like the ones in the right. I tried to go through the documents but could not get any direction (pretty new in using MATLAB). I was wondering if anyone can help me. Thank you very much. Regards, Asim
