How to connect genetic algorithm and fuzzy simulation ?

Hi,

a (maybe to short and unspecific) question regarding genetic algorithm (Global Optimization Toolbox). Is there a way of connecting ga to fuzzy (Fuzzy Simulation Toolbox) in an "easy" way ? Let's say by a function handle ? eg. ga(@evalfuzzy, nvars) And if yes - how do I have to write my "@evalfuzzy" (fitnessfcn) ?

You need to be more specific in your question.

With this level of specificity, there is nothing that prevents you from having calls to any other toolbox functions inside your fitness function.

Well yes Steve, you´re right. My question was unspecific. But thank you anyway. I finally found my mistake. I just missed to write "readfis" before I wrote my function handle - so Matlab couldn´t find my FIS !
