How can I install Real Time Workshop option in Simulink R2015b?

3 views (last 30 days)
Hello everyone,
Recently I have downloaded the latest version of Matlab and Simulink R2015b. In the previous version that I used, I was able to compile models that run under VxWorks OS. The configuration was done in a tab called Real Time Workshop. Unfortunately, after installing R2015b I do not have this option. I appreciate and ideas or hints.
Thank you, TS

According to the Release Notes, the product Real-Time Workshop® was combined into the new product Simulink® Coder™ (and one piece was moved into MATLAB® Coder™, which is a required product for Simulink Coder) in release R2011a.
I don't use this product at all, but I see some references to VxWorks® OS in some of the Simulink Coder examples so I suspect once you install that product you will be able to do what you want.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for your answer. You are right, it was combined and is currently in Simulink Coder. My issue was related to the fact that I have student edition and Simulink Coder does not include in student license.
Thank you for your help! TS
