How to set paper size?

If I want to save my figure with a user defined height and width and crop etc. The proper way is to define the window size, and that will be the paper size after saving?

See the Figure properties 'PaperSize' and 'PaperUnits' and 'PaperPosition' and 'PaperPositionMode'
