Confusion matrix does not plot anything

3 views (last 30 days)
I am trying to sort out a little algorithm, based on false positive and true positive for my school project, however in my little world, I am still slightly stuck.
addpath ('..')
load('iris-data.csv')
m = iris_data
I try this
plot(nmz(m)), and, this shows an empty graph.
I do not think I will be able to feel satisfied with an empty graph.

MATLAB does not have a function named nmz() . It does have a function named nnz, number of non-zeros, but that just tells you how many of the values in the array were not equal to 0, which is going to be a scalar value that you are not going to want to plot.
If you have the Statistics Toolbox then you should use http://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/confusionmat.html

Do I have to create a function which reads the data in the elements, or is one already available?

You appear to have already read the data in using load()
