What computer and operating system are you installing it on?
Have you already connected Raspberry Pi and installed the Raspberry Pi drivers?
If you are using Windows, have you used the Resource Monitor to verify that nothing is downloading or installing?

Try rebooting, or running as Administrator, or try later. If it still doesn't work, call them for fast and free installation support, even if you have the Student Suite.

If you haven’t already, see the documentation for Raspberry Pi Support from MATLAB specifically Install the MATLAB Support Package for Raspberry Pi. The video tells you everything you need to do, and the order in which you need to do it.
Also, if you have R2015a, you should also be able to download and install R2015b. I would do that first, because the online documentation applies to R2015b.

My pleasure.
That solution didn’t occur to me, but then I don’t know what your situation was.
