Error in downloading support packages in Matlab R2015b

I would like to install the OpenCV interface for Matlab R2015b on OSX El Capitan, but when I try to execute the Support Package Installer and than select "download from internet" this error appears: "Error getting support package from mathworks.com. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured." The same if I directly use the "opencvinterface.mlpkginstall" file. Is anyone able to solve that issue? Check with your IT department to see if your organization uses a proxy server. As the error message indicates, your proxy settings may be improperly configured. You can check your current proxy settings by:

1) Clicking the Preferences button on the Home tab in MATLAB

2) In the new window, under the MATLAB tab, select Web.

3) You can set and view your proxy settings here.
