hilbert transform

I have my experimental data in text file. File contains two columns, first column is frequency and second column is absorption co-efficient. I want hilbert transform of this data. How can I do this? Thanks

thank andrew! my main concern is that i have a data file consisting of thousands of rows. in order to interpret i want to use fourier transform method to evaluate hilbert transforms. but i am not getting any idea how to do this.
