How can i synchronize two different data sets which were taken from same experiment but using different machine hence different sampling rate

Attached are the two different data sets. I exactly want to equalize data points of ae.xlsx file to custom voltage file. Custom voltage.txt file exactly sampled at 100 Hz but ae.xlsx file do not have constant sampling rate.
