I imported a series of returns into the workspace. Because there was a longer series in the same database, matlab imported the returns as a longer series and replaced the last blank cells with NaN. I didn't noticed and runned the simulation whithout errors. Does anyone know what the program did with the NaN cells during the Monte Carlo?
Thanks a lot,

No, no-one knows. You do not know or you would not have posted, and we do not know because we have no idea what simulation code you used.
