What is the difference between this question and your earlier questions http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/267111-how-to-calculate-krawchouk-polynomials and http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/273239-calcul-of-krawtchouk-moment-invariants-of-a-binary-image-in-matlab ? Do you still need three different questions or did you solve the other two or are they somehow not related to this question?

2F1(a,b;c;z) is hypergeom([a b], [c], z)
However, I cannot tell what connection that has to your notation. We have no idea what rho is for this purpose, or what "a subscript i comma n comma (p subscript 1)" is intended to mean, or "nu-tilde subscript ij followed by raised-dot" means.

my question if there is a method to calculate this term using function hypergeom

I do not know. I do not understand the notation. Your Kn does not express a definition, it expresses an identity relating to "a" values that we have no definition for, and then your other term requires use of those "a" values. We also do not have any information about nu-tilde subscript ij followed by raised-dot.
