Hi every one ((please)) I need the program to plot magnitude spectrum [x(e^jwt)]and phase spectrum theta(e^jwt)of the signal
X[n]={-1,2,3,2,-1}
X[0]=3

Why not make an effort? Read the tutorials. If you have an actual question about MATLAB then ask it, but we try not to do your homework for you here.
