If i have 70 rows and 1 column(70x1) and i want to concatenate every 5 rows into one row and make it a matrix of 14 rows and one column(14x1), how can i do this?

yeah , 5 rows into 1 and sorry its 14 rows. I don't want to average but just put them together into single row. I got the output as 0000/1111/0000/1111 but I need it as 0000111100001111

Please update your question so people don't misunderstand. You need 14 rows and 5 columns (14x5 Matrix). As Sean suggested look at reshape function in MATLAB.
