i want to compare rectangular and E shape patch antenna with respect to Gain, Return loss, Directivity, VSWR, Reflection coefficient. please suggest coding for the same.

Hi,
The patch antennas can be designed using the Antenna Toolbox and the results can be compared for the Microstrip Patch antenna and the E-Shape antenna.
Also, you may look into the following code that creates antennas and compares the results between the Microstrip Patch antenna and the E-Shape antenna. It may provide your further clarity:
ant1 = patchMicrostrip;
ant1 = design(ant1,2e9);
figure,show(ant1)
spar1 = sparameters(ant1,linspace(1.8e9,2.2e9,11));
figure,rfplot(spar1);
figure,pattern(ant1,2e9)
figure,vswr(ant1,linspace(1.8e9,2.2e9,11));
ant2 = patchMicrostripEnotch;
ant2 = design(ant2,2e9);
figure,show(ant2);
spar2 = sparameters(ant2,linspace(1.8e9,2.2e9,11));
figure,rfplot(spar2);
figure,pattern(ant2,2e9)
figure,vswr(ant2,linspace(1.8e9,2.2e9,11));
