Modifiy a figure with Matlab

Hi everybody, i have a figure where i can see some points and i would like to know if it is possible to remove some points and then that the array will be adapted to my modifications ?

We need more information about how the points are represented, and more information about how the array should be "adapted".
It is always easier to do this kind of work with the original data instead of having to extract the data from the figure.
