MATLAB access using home network

I have a problem to open my matlab when using my home network (wifi), it will prompt an error of licensing error. when back to campus, i can access my matlab, due to using my campus network. how i want to access matlab without using campus network ?

You can also send an email to support@mathworks.com but I really don't recommend it since that will be so very much slower than just calling them on the phone. Installation help is free for everyone including those with the Student Suite.

It has " Worldwide Locations and Representatives " including phone numbers.

then please contact them on phone. As Walter mentioned it has world wide representative

Do you have an individually purchased Student Version license, or do you have a license given to you by your university? If you have one given to you by your university then it is possible that you have a "networked license" that needs to talk to your university's license servers for authentication. To make the connection from home, you might need to use a VPN or proxy service provided by your university.

It sounds to me as if the installation of the gurobi license affected your flexlm licensing variables somehow. That might be a bit tricky to debug. The documentation I find on gurobi suggests that it does not use flexlm for the free academic license so I do not see any obvious reason for a conflict.
