- Before creating a server instance on your machine make sure You have installed MATLAB Production server on your host machine
- Make sure you add the “script” folder to your environment path to execute the binary files.
- To create a server instance from the command line, enter the “mps-new” command from the system prompt. Specify the name of the server that you want to create as an argument to the “mps-new” command.

Hello. I have matlab production server on CentOS. And I try to create a server instance as wrote in a help for windows (execute command "mps-new"), but this command is not found in system.
